12 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS I LEARNT IN MY FIRST YEAR AT TRENT UNIVERSITY | International Student
My first year of university was such a fantastic experience, and in case you are looking at universities or are about to start, I wanted to give you some advice. These are some of the things I learnt and some things I wish I had known before going into uni. So I briefly talk about my application process to Trent University, O-week as an international student, friendships, finding balance and a lot of Trent Specific advice.
For some background information, I am a 5th year (yes 5th) Business Administration major with specializations in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Consumer Culture. Long story short, I used to be a Psychology and Sociology major and then switched my degree in 3rd year. I am incredibly involved in clubs and groups at my uni and have a company called UMHAMBO that specializes in African clothing and accessories. I am an international student and travel a lot.
Send me questions if you have any, and I will get back to you in the comments section.
